What We Offer

Our watercolor classes are offered for children ages 4-6 where their creative development is encouraged and their brains are stimulated. This class offers a variety of skills to learn from and allows students to explore different colors, brush strokes, and shades.
  • When using watercolor, the right side of the brain is used for emotional and creative responses, while the left side of the brain focuses on analytical processes and logic. This process benefits children by using both sides of their brain

  • When working with watercolors, your child will need to hold the brush by themselves, which helps them develop coordination and hand-eye coordination. In addition, they'll be able to control how much paint they want on the brush, which will teach them how to be independent and use their creativity.

  • Children begin to talk about art while painting, which not only teaches them nouns and verbs, but also helps them learn to describe colors, materials and textures.

Little Hands, Big Ideas

For ages 4–6, this class blends artistic exploration with cognitive development through watercolor techniques and creative discovery.
